Waterford isn’t a traditional real estate business. Aiming to break away from outdated industry conventions, Waterford is unique in that they aim to change the relationship between Melbourne and the real estate business. The brief was to communicate this innovation while still maintaining trust and professionalism.This delicate balance was achieved through a modern bespoke wordmark that stands on its own without the need for an icon. The custom font is contemporary and cutting edge but gives a sense of authority and knowledge. The warm coral tone offsets the conservative navy, softening the geometric patterns and starkness of the logo, and bringing warmth and trust to the brand.
